- Vincere Sports Inc. will ship items within 3-4 business days of receipt of order and payment. Most orders are shipped within 48 hrs. Please add this 2-4 day order processing time to the (1-5 days) ship time of your order to equal the total time expected to receive your order.
Customers are encouraged to call (877-846-2373) or email us if they have particularly urgent deadlines such as tournaments or events. We can often expedite orders or suggest the most appropriate shipping methods.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Our standard shipping is typically via first class mail unless otherwise specified. Costs for orders shipped when "First Class Mail" is selected is $3.50 for the first item and $.95 for each additional item.
We may choose to upgrade shipping to the faster UPS Ground service (at no additional cost) when the standard "First Class Mail" option is selected for certain orders. Orders of 5 or more pairs of Vincere Socks may shipped via UPS.
Customers may choose alternate options including:
1. Priority Mail (at an additional $3)
2. UPS 2nd Day Air (shipping costs to be determined)
3. Overnight (shipping costs to be determined)
Note that all shipping times are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Our 2nd Day Air and Next day deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays.
Vincere Sports, Inc. ships within the United States and to Canada.
Some larger orders will ship only to the continental US 48 states. For shipping of larger orders to other locations, or for international shipping information, please send an email inquiry to sales@sandsocks.org
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS
International orders are only shpped by US Postal Service. Customers should be aware of international shipping delays caused by customs, including shipments to Canada. Although most packages are received by our Canadian customers in good order (~1 week), customs delays of up to 3 weeks can occur.
- Vincere Sports respects your privacy and security while executing transactions on our website. To ensure your online security, we use only the most respected, reliable, secure payment systems, such as paypal processing.
Our customers' information is collected to either improve your web experience (such as more efficient purchasing processes) and / or to allow us to better inform you about new technology or design innovations released by Vincere Sports. The information we request in connection with an online purchase is necessary to complete your order, to execute proper credit card billing, and to allow us to communicate order / shipping confirmations with you. This information is not shared with third-parties unless it is necessary to process the billing and / or shipping of your order. If you choose to allow us to store your information for a more efficient online shopping experience in the future, Vincere Sports will maintain this information only for that purpose. We may send you periodic email following your online transaction - of course, you may choose to "unsubscribe" and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that we will not bother you again via email.
Vincere Sports, Inc. holds our customers' security in the highest regard. With internet fraud and identity theft a growing global problem, we take careful steps to protect our customers. We use only the highest regarded financial transaction software, systems, and credit card processors. We do not store customer credit card information on our servers for our customer's security.
- Vincere Sports warrantees its products against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 month from the date of sale. The product is not warranteed against misuse (such as use on rough surfaces) or against regular wear and tear. Products returned under the warranty will be replaced without charge. Please allow 1-3 weeks for replacement.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the product for any other reason, the unused product may be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging to Vincere Sports, Inc. for exchange or for credit against future purchases. (Additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges) No refunds will be given.

- Sand Socks and Grip Socks are made of the same Neoprene and Lycra materials as high performance wet suits and should be cared for in a similar manner.
For best product longevity, hand wash in fresh water after every use, inside and out. Be sure to wash after use in the ocean, as prolonged exposure to the minerals of salt water can degrade the neoprene material.
Air dry out of direct sunlight.
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
